Summary
If a member ticket is purchases, and the attendee cannot prove current membership, the attendee will be required to pay $10 and sign a waiver.
SCORES does not issue refunds. Please read refund policy below:
Battlemoor Refund Policy:
· Refunds must be requested on or before June 24, 2025 (7 calendar days before the Event) by emailing the Battlemoor Exchequer at exchequer@battlemoor.org.
· Requests made after June 24, 2025, will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Kingdom Financial Committee. Requests must include a brief reason why you cannot attend. Requests must be made to the email above no later than June 30, 2025.
· Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the payment received and refunds will only be made out to that person.
· All refund checks will be written and mailed within 2 weeks after the event when attendance
records are checked AND associated payments have cleared.
· Refund requests will be issued by paper check only and will be sent minus any fees charged.
· Preregistrations are not transferable.

Please join us at the foot of the beautiful Spanish Peaks for the Outlands’ premier event. Enjoy vendors,
Arts & Sciences classes, nightly revelry, Martial activities (Archery, Equestrian, Fencing and Heavy
fighting), comradery, Hospitality, Honor and Valor.
