Please follow the refund policy below:
Refunds must be requested by September 13, 2025 by emailing the Exchequer at reeve@al-barran.outlands.org.
Requests made after September 13, 2025, will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Financial Committee. Requests after the Event start date must include a brief reason why you cannot attend.
Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the payment received and refunds will only be made out to that person.
All refund checks will be written and mailed within 2 weeks after the event when attendance records are checked and associated payments have cleared.
Refund requests will be issued by paper check only and will be sent minus any fees charged.
PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP:
If member ticket is bought and Attendee is unable to prove membership, a payment $10.00 at the door and a signed waiver will be required.

Description
Their Majesties of the Kingdom of the Outlands and Outlands University invite you to join us for Collegium. Classes will take place throughout the day. There will be indoor and outdoor space for arts, sciences, and marshalate classes, including a forge space and kitchen. Mobility impaired accessible and friendly. The Lodge is extremely dry.
