Summary
Proof of Membership: If an individual purchases a membership ticket and is unable to prove membership at the gate, they will be required to pay $10 and sign a waiver. No exceptions.
SCORES does not issue refunds. Follow the refund policy below:
Refunds must be requested at least 7 calendar days before the Event by emailing the
Exchequer at exchequer@nahrun.outlands.org.
• Requests made after Event Start Date will only be considered on a case-by-case basis
and must be approved by the Financial Committee. Requests after the Event start date
must include a brief reason why you cannot attend.
• Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the payment received and
refunds will only be made out to that person.
• All refund checks will be written and mailed within 2 weeks after the event when
attendance records are checked and associated payments have cleared.
• Refund requests will be issued by paper check only and will be sent minus any fees
charged.

Description
The Shire of Nahrun Kabirun has reserved the Orion group site for festivities along with sites 6-9 for dry camping. All sites available on a first come first serve basis. Saturday the fighting among the rocks will commence early and continue as long as there are arrows shooting and rattan singing. Light fighting and A&S classes will run concurrently as well as various activities for kids and non-fighters. There will be fellowship, dancing, and games. Saturday will include a potluck. If you are able, please bring a dish to share. Music will begin in the evening and continue until quiet time at 10:00 p.m. Soft music and drumming may continue into the wee hours of the morning but must be quiet enough not to be disturbing to others.
