Summary
PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP:
If member ticket is bought and Attendee is unable to prove membership, a payment $10.00 at the door and a signed waiver will be required.
Refund policy:
Refunds will only be given if the event makes a profit. Refund requests must be received by the Exchequer in writing (or e-mail) no later than 7 days after the event. All refunds shall be paid by check by check from the Barony's checking account. No refunds will be given after the event books have been closed.

Description
Accessibiity: All buildings are ADA Compliant. If you have a manual wheelchair or rollator, you MAY need assistance, as the ramp into the Hall is steep. Note: As this is a primarily a girls Summer camp, the site is grassy, rocky, and semi-paved dirt roads.
