Summary
If a member ticket is purchases, and the attendee cannot prove current membership, the attendee will be required to pay $10 and sign a waiver.
SCORES does not issue refunds. Please read refund policy below.
Refunds:
a. A written request must be submitted to the Exchequer within 5 calendar days after the event.
b. Site fee refunds will be processed once all checks received for event have been cleared.
c. Feast fee refunds will only happen after all checks received for event have been cleared and all feast seats were filled at the event
Description
The Barony of Ponte Alto welcomes you to Victory on the Vine III with a day of fighting and fun for all at Mountain Run Winery. Last year's event was a roaring success and will be an annual Father's Day weekend at Mountain Run Winery, one of the best sites for fighting and SCA events in NOVA.
Pre-Reg on SCORES to save time and $
This year we have access to the site all weekend with the winery welcome camping Friday, Saturday, and evening Sunday nights. (if you want to make it a long weekend)
Come Saturday for the day or Tent Camp over the weekend for $10 for adults and kids camp free.
Expect a fun filled day of Melee, Melee and more Melee with the chance to authorize in any weapons form on the fighting fields.
Bardics:
Friday evening: There will be a Bardic in the Tavern
Saturday evening: There will be a Bardic around a Fire pit
ACCESSIBILITY:
Parking is near the fighting/lyst field as indicated on the site map.
The site has indoor restrooms with accessible stalls in the Greenlee Tavern.
There will also be an outdoor portable restroom.
There are no stairs to access the portions of the winery reserved for the event, but walking is necessary to get between the fighting field and the Greenlee Tavern (100 yards) and to walk the winery grounds in general, which are lovely.
SITE RESTRICTIONS:
No one under the age of 21 can purchase or consume any alcoholic beverages under any circumstances.
No visible intoxication allowed. Alcoholic beverages purchased on site permitted only.
Please no drinking and driving.
Access to the Stable Barn and Pole Barn are restricted due to concurrent events at the winery.
No smoking in or near any structures.
No dogs off leash.
