Summary
If a member ticket is purchases, and the attendee cannot prove current membership, the attendee will be required to pay $10 and sign a waiver.

Refunds must be requested at least 7 calendar days before the Event by emailing the Exchequer at [Group Exchequer Email].
Requests made after [Event Start Date], will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Financial Committee. Requests after the Event start date must include a brief reason why you cannot attend.
Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the payment received and refunds will only be made out to that person.
All refund checks will be written and mailed within 2 weeks after the event when attendance records are checked and associated payments have cleared.
Refund requests will be issued by paper check only and will be sent minus any fees charged.

Upon the field shall stout hearts clash in noble combat; archers shall test their aim; weapons shall be cast with strength and skill; and the Arts & Sciences shall shine in all their splendor. Tables shall groan beneath a generous feast, and cups shall be raised in glad fellowship — for the site is wet and cheer shall not be lacking.
