If a member ticket is purchases, and the attendee cannot prove current membership, the attendee will be required to pay $10 and sign a waiver.

· Refunds must be requested on or before June 16, 2025 (7 calendar days before the Event) by emailing the Battlemoor Exchequer at exchequer@battlemoor.org.
· Requests made after June 16, 2026, will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Kingdom Financial Committee. Requests must include a brief reason why you cannot attend. Requests must be made to the email above no later than June 30, 2026.
· Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the payment received and refunds will only be made out to that person.
· All refund checks will be written and mailed within 2 weeks after the event when attendance
records are checked AND associated payments have cleared.
· Refund requests will be issued by paper check only and will be sent minus any fees charged.
· Preregistrations are not transferable.
Description
To vanquish ones foe is a mighty feat, but to show them kindness and mercy is right and honorable.
We welcome one and all to “kill them with kindness” in a show of hospitality in celebration of all that is Outlands. Join us in the Barony of Dragonsspine nestled at the foot of the mighty mountains to share in glory, knowledge, companionship, sport, revelry, and the warmth of chosen family. The site offers many unique features and comforts including easy access to the King’s Highway, nearby amenities, and camping facilities.
We are fortunate to be working with Golden Eagle Campground, who is offering up their site as well as their facilities for both RV and ground camping for an additional fee for those who wish to take advantage of improved and robust utility offerings to include electricity, water, and well-tended spaces. Of course, we also have field camping in the traditional sense available for the standard event fee. Please note that any reservations to camp in the improved sites for either RV or tent camping must be made through the Golden Eagle Campground reservation system found on their website at:
