Summary
If a member ticket is purchases, and the attendee cannot prove current membership, the attendee will be required to pay $10 and sign a waiver.

Description
Come and join Their Majesties Hawkrill and Adrien as they descend the Stag's Throne, and the new Crown of the Outlands ascends. An Artists' Green is planned, and any updates will be posted to the event website. Sunday's events will be held at Memorial Park, where tournaments and any other activities will be held.
REFUNDS
Refunds must be requested at least 7 calendar days before the Event by emailing the Exchequer at exchequer@southernpass.org.
Requests made after January 18, 2025, will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Financial Committee. Requests after the Event start date must include a brief reason why you cannot attend.
Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the payment received and refunds will only be made out to that person.
All refund checks will be written and mailed within 2 weeks after the event when attendance records are checked and associated payments have cleared.
Refund requests will be issued by paper check only and will be sent minus any fees charged.
