DESCRIPTION:PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP:\nIf member ticket is bought and Attendee is unable to prove membership, a payment $10.00 at the door and a signed waiver will be required.\n\nSCORES does not issue refunds.\nPlease follow refund guidance below:\ne. Event Refunds shall be provided as follows (unless this policy is superseded by \nstricter written financial policy of the hosting group): \ni. Feast refund will be provided if the feast spot was resold to another \nattendee. \nii. Other fees may be refunded based upon a decision by the Atlantian \nCouncil of the Exchequer. \niii. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing from the \nreservationist/head gatekeeper (email is acceptable) no later than five \n(5) business days after the event.\niv. All refunds shall be paid by check from the group checking account. \nv. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and \nall reservation checks have cleared.\nvi. No refund shall be issued if the event has not made a profit unless \nagreed upon by the financial committee of the host group or Atlantian \nCouncil of the Exchequer\nvii. Kingdom and Corporate rules allow members to check other members \nin at gate with proof of membership. Therefore, no refunds will be \nprovided for anyone checked in at gate, regardless of actual \nattendance.\nviii. All refund checks not cleared within 120 days of issuance will be \nconsidered a donation to the Royal Travel Fund.
