DESCRIPTION:REFUNDS:\ni. All refund requests received in writing (including e-mail) by the Exchequer no later than 5 days after the event will be considered.\n1. Refund requests made before the event will be honored.\n2. Requests made after the event will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the autocrat and the Exchequer.\nii. All refunds shall be paid by check from the group’s checking account. Checks will be issued no later than 60 days from the end of the event.\niii. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared or come back as Not Sufficient Funds.\n\nPROOF OF MEMBERSHIP:\nIf member ticket is bought and Attendee is unable to prove membership, a payment $5.00 at the door and a signed waiver will be required.\n\nSITE RESTRICTIONS:\n* Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet.\n* Fires in site's fire-rings or fire bowls only.\n* Alcohol is allowed; please use period containers.\n* Please separate trash and recycling and dispose of it in the dumpster and recycling\nbins.\n* No RVs or travel trailers
