DESCRIPTION:Proof of Membership:\nIf a member ticket is purchases, and the attendee cannot prove current membership, the attendee will be required to pay $10 and sign a waiver.\n\nSCORES does not issue refunds.  Please contact follw refund policy below:\nRefund Policy:\n\nThe Exchequer, the Event Steward, or Event Reservationist must receive refund requests, in writing, no later than five days after the event ends. Exceptions may be made by the approval of the Emergency Financial Committee. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed. No refund(s) will be issued until all financial obligations of the event have been fulfilled and only if it is ensured that the requested refund(s) will not hinder the event's ability to fulfill those financial obligations. No refund(s) will be given to those who have checked in at gate. Approved funds will be issued minus any processing fees assessed. The Baronial Event Refund Policy Shall be posted on Baronial Event websites. Refund checks must be cashed or deposited within 90 days of the date of the check, or they will be forfeited, and the face value of the check returned to the General Fund.
